LEGACY ANESTHESIA MENTORSHIP PROGRAM

LAMP is a professional community supporting Student Registered Nurse Anesthetists (SRNAs) from backgrounds underrepresented in nurse anesthesia through mentorship and opportunities that complement their formal nurse anesthesia education. Through meaningful relationships, shared experiences, and professional development, LAMP fosters connection and continued growth.
